Benfotiamine is an allithiamine, a naturally occurring fat-soluble form of thiamin (Vitamin B1). Thiamin helps to maintain normal function of the nervous system, muscles and the heart, and is necessary for normal growth and development. It is commonly found in flour, beans, pork, liver, soya beans and wheat germ. Benfotiamine's superior ability to penetrate cell membranes increases its bio-availability over conventional thiamin, thiamin pyrophosphate and other allithiamines.

Microcrystalline cellulose.

Vegetarian (Hydroxypropylmethycellulose, sorbitol, silicon dioxide and water).
Serving Size:
1 Capsule
Suggested Adult Intake:
Take two capsules twice daily for the first month; then continue at this dose or reduce to two capsules daily, or as directed.
