Indole 3-Carbinol is a phytonutrient found in broccoli, bok choy, Brussels sprouts and cabbage. Research suggests that I-3-C is responsible for many of the health-beneficial properties of these vegetables. I-3-C may also support the body's detoxification processes and impact on hormone balance.

Other Ingredients: Mixed dietary indoles (including diindolylmethane (DIM), indolocarbazole, and linear and cyclic indole trimers and tetramers), microcrystalline cellulose.

Capsule Information: Vegetarian (Hydroxypropylmethycellulose, sorbitol, silicon dioxide and water). NOTE: I-3-C can have a strong, characteristic smell that may be unpleasant to some people.

Serving Size: 1 Capsule
