This unique mass gain has high potency complex carbohydrates and a protein matrix that supplies your muscles with growth promoting amino acids, vitamins and essential minerals.
Directions For Use Mix one level scoop / two heaped table spoons (approx 50g) to a small amount of skimmed or semi skimmed milk and mix into a paste then add milk upto 400ml with a whisk of blender. Take one to four times per day.
