Milk Thistle is a liver detox, that helps digestive disorders -such as lack of appetite, indigestion, and nausea. It helps clear alcohol from the blood, and may be taken after alcohol consumption to assist the liver clearing the alcohol from the blood. General clense for those who feel sluggish, lethargic or those who are unable to loose weight.

Normal dosage:-
Days 1-3: 1-2mls twice daily after food. Day 4: 2-5ml 3 times daily after food
