DESCRIPTION:
The original hydrolyzed Super Collagen + C Tablet and Super Collagen Powder since 1986.
Made of pharmaceutical food-grade hydrolyzed collagen .The hydrolyzed collagen In Super Collagen + C and Powder is a pre-digested form of collagen. It undergoes a process of adding synthesized enzymes at manufacture which breaks down the amino acid chain for maximum absorbability.
Naturally contains hydroxyproline and hydroxylysine, two amino acids, specific only to Collagen. These are not regularly found in amino acid supplements and are especially important to replenish our collagen production.
Hydrolyzed Collagen is a rich natural source of Glycine, the amino acid vital for muscle growth. Help’s to correct weak, broken, split, ridged and damaged nail beds. Thickens fine hair, adds body and slows down hair loss. Repairs connective tissues for improved elasticity; blood vessels to help improve circulation; and promotes wound healing and a clearer complexion. Collagen is the mechanical strength of bone and helps to build bone matrix. 
Tablets are formulated with Vitamin C, absolutely essential to collagen formation.
The powder is water soluble, neutral tasting, and mixes easily with water or juice - juice containing Vitamin C, or other Vitamin C supplements are highly recommended.
Formulated without, starch, yeast, wheat, corn, cholesterol, fat or dairy products.

DIRECTIONS:
As a dietary supplement, take three Super Collagen +C  tablets twice daily on an empty stomach for maximum absorption.
Six Tablets provide 6 grams of Collagen Type I & III and 60mg Vitamin C.

SUPER COLLAGEN POWDER.

DIRECTIONS:
As a dietary supplement take one measuring scoop of Super Collagen Powder (included) and add 6-8 ounces of water or juice slowly.

One scoop provides 6.6 grams of Collagen Type I & III.

Collagen can be taken with other vitamins. 
NOTE - Dosage can be increased if desired, there are no known side effects.  Studies have used upwards of 10-14g a day.  Typical increase is 10-12 tablets a day or 2 scoops a day.
