Currently we ship to all UK destinations. Shipping charges on the site relate to UK destinations only. We can ship to destinations outside of the UK, please contact us for shipping prices.
Shipping will only be made to the card holders billing address unless special arrangements are agreed prior to despatch of your order.

We try to send orders as soon as possible, (3 - 5 working days)pulpastore..co.uk sends out Goods under 2kg by Royal Mail . Prices quoted are first or second class postage prices from the Royal Mail for the weight on the total order.

Returns Policy Pulpastore.co.uk (Richard Henry Consulting ltd) makes every effort to ensure products arrive in perfect condition. However in the unlikely event of a product arriving damaged, customers should contact Customer Services within 3 days of receipt and return the package within 7 days, for a replacement to be sent. If you find your purchase is unsatisfactory, we are happy to exchange items or refund your credit/debit card account, provided the goods are returned to us within 7 days of their receipt, in the original undamaged packaging and in a re-saleable condition. We regret, however, that we cannot, in this case, refund return postage costs. If you have not received your order within 15 working days from the despatch date, customers should contact Customers Services. Refunds If your purchase from naturalalternativeproducts.co.uk is found to be faulty, damaged or unsatisfactory, please return it to us per the instructions above for a full refund (Refunds are at the discretion of the management). Refunds for valid claims will be made via the same method of payment as used to place your order.
Stock Availability Whilst every effort is taken to ensure all items in the store are always in stock, from time to time some items will be temporarily out of supply.Occasionally if a particular product is in high demand we will need to re-order from our suppliers. If this is the case then the number of days that this process will take will be quoted in an email.If an item is out of stock on our web site, and we cannot get any more stock, we will generally remove the item from sale. However, if there is an item you are really trying to get hold of, email us at sales@pulpastore.co.uk with the details of the item you wish to purchase and we will do our best to try and get it for you.Please note: The products illustrated on this web site are as seen. UK Royal Mail 1st class deliveries
This service usually arrives the day after it is shipped, but may sometimes take longer. There is no compensation available for lost packages and the maximum order value that can be sent via First Class is £25.00.
UK Royal Mail 1st class signed for deliveries
This service usually arrives the day after it is shipped, but may sometimes take longer. Recorded delivery is shipped along with standard first class mail, however, it requires a signature upon arrival. Compensation is available for lost packages from the Royal Mail for up to £28.00.
International Standard Mail is used to send small packages overseas. There is no tracking facility available, and no compensation for lost packages. We are told that packages take around a week to arrive at their destination, however packages have been known to take as long as two months in extreme cases. For these reasons, we will only ship orders under £20 using this method.
